Term of employment: Full-time, permanent position, 30-40 hours per week.

Compensation: $23.50/hour. Overtime at the rate of $35.25 after 40 hours per week.

Benefits:

 WCB Coverage with 4% vacation pay

Job responsibilities:

  • Determine and establish office procedures;
  • Responsible for maintaining day to day administrative services;
  • Review and answer correspondence professionally;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure deadlines are met;
  • Manage staff schedule;
  • Schedule and Coordinate appointments and meetings;
  • Manage files, record system, office supplies, and inventory;
  • Provide periodic report to Management

Job Requirements:

  • Education Requirement: Completion of Secondary School
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum one year of related experience
  • Language Requirement: Functional English
