Job Description:

  • Moko Q Solutions Inc. is a Bell authorized dealer serving individual and small-business customers in the Lower Mainland Vancouver Area. We carry subscriptions and plans from Bell with a variety of the latest mobile phones and accessories. We specialize in customized plans and bundled plans for groups and small-business use.
  • Position: Retail Store Manager
  • Type: permanent, full-time and indeterminate for 37.5 hours a week
  • Position available: 1
  • Location: #180-9040 Blundell Road, Richmond, BC V6Y 1K3
  • Wage level: $4,000.00 per month paid semi-monthly, plus commission

Job Requirement:

  • Completion of secondary school is required
  • A university degree or college diploma in business/business administration or other field related to the product or services
  • Strong sales skills with couple years’ sales experience, better with management experience
  • Dedicated and result-driven
  • Team player with leadership skills of leading the team in reaching set goals
  • Passionate in technology or telecommunication industry
  • Ability to work weekends if needed
  • Strong communication ability
  • Fluent in English
  • Leading/coaching ability to guide sales team
  • Good marketing skill

Job Duties:

  • Direct the daily operations of the Moko Q Solutions retail store and coordinate the communication with the company’s head office
  • Work scheduling and work assignment
  • Set sales target to meet the company’s sales objectives by directing, managing and motivating the sales team
  • Develop effective strategies to achieve targets by increasing subscription rate and reducing operational costs
  • Approve store expenditures, supplies purchase, and other operational expenditures
  • Ensure workplace safety and a friendly working environment
  • May perform and sale duties as sales associate and deal with customer requests
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • May participate in marketing events such as Bell’s leadership conference or cell phone manufacturers’ events
  • Study current mobile technology trend to forecast potential customer demands. Update new information and share with other store managers
  • Monitor store inventory and communicate with head office about every inquiry
  • Oversee the store’s everyday activities, analyze data and critically assess the business
  • Communicate product requirements and the store’s cash management to head office
  • Recruit, coach and assign duties to, and evaluate performance of sales consultants
  • Coach new hires for system operations, sales communications, and client satisfaction
  • Organize regular meetings and communicate with sales team
  • Formulate creative ideas for current promotion events, such as flyer copywriting, etc.
  • Implement the company’s marketing strategies
  • Give assistance in any requirement from accounting department: Monitor everyday cash flow management of the store; Transfer all cash flows to the accounting department; Oversee store inventory and update with the accounting department
  • Maintaining the reputation of Moko Q Solutions Inc. at all times.
