You would work out of the “The Hub” our content studio located in downtown Toronto, joining one of the city’s leading communications and public affairs firms.

We are looking for a full-time junior coordinator with a keen interest in social media to join our team in a permanent position. New graduates are encouraged to apply along with candidates already working in the field.

Position Description

  • Social media monitoring and community management
  • Planning, creating and developing content
  • Crafting media and influencer pitches and content packages
  • Coordinating interviews and press events for clients
  • Media monitoring and analysis of client coverage
  • Influencer outreach and coordination
  • Writing and sending communications materials such as messaging, press releases, media kits and brochures
  • Providing basic video production assistance
  • Assisting in event facilitation and logistics
  • Assisting in development and implementation of social media and public relations strategies
  • Assisting in development of proposals for new business
  • Event management and hosting


  • Strong writing skills
  • Knowledge of social media best practices, trends and viral content
  • 1-2 years previous PR/communications or media experience
