Oracle EBS Developer
Acting as the internal expert for all issues and questions related to Talent Technology's products' interaction with Oracle EBS, the candidate will: support customers with the implementation of our products within an EBS/iRec environment; and will design/develop projects involving both standard integrations and configuring/customizing standard integrations to meet the exact requirements of the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, develop, and document standard integrations between Talent Technology products and Oracle e-Business Suite, primarily but not limited to the iRecruitment module.
- Functional scoping, design, & development of customizations to our standard integrations.
- Coordinate development activities with SI partners developing integrations between Talent Technology products and Oracle EBS.
- Work directly with customers' technical staff to assist with the deployment of our standard integrations and to trouble-shoot issues that arise during implementation and post-implementation
Qualifications and/or Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience working in an e-Business Suite development environment
- Proven expertise with Oracle OAF/ADF, PL/SQL, Oracle 9i &10g databases required
- Experience with Oracle SOA and third-party integration required
- Specific iRecruitment experience preferred
- Must be a self-starter and highly organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Client-facing experience in a consultancy role
- Ability to lead others and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Education:
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is mandatory
