We have partnered with our client, Rogers Communications Inc., to hire an additional Area Manager in the Montreal area.
We are seeking a passionate, talented, sales and client focused leader to support our network of retail locations in Montreal Area. You understand retail, sales and service, managing multiple locations, and how to build an amazing team.
Required Skills and Abilities:
"X A minimum of 2 years of multi-unit retail management experience
"X University or college degree
"X Strong management, coaching and leadership skills, developed in a retail organization and preferably within the wireless or electronics sector
"X Excellent communication and organizational skills
"X An understanding of merchandising a retail location to drive business
"X Proven ability to drive sales through a great retail team
"X Ability to manage area budgets, forecast sales and retail metrics, set goals for your stores and team
"X Strong attention to detail
"X Flexible to work evening and weekend periods, based on business needs
"X Fully Bilingual (French/English)
