Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Must be fully bilingual in English and French. This position involves working in a call centre environment taking inbound calls and assisting customers. Must be available to work rotating shifts from 7am - 7pm, Monday to Friday. Must be able to type 30 WPM.

Required Skills:
- Must be fully bilingual in English and French
- Must have strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to multi task
- Must be flexible to work rotating shifts from 7am - 7pm, Monday to Friday
- Must be able to type 30 WPM
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent required
- A clean credit and criminal check is required for this position
- Enhanced Security Clearance is also required
